About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will turn product and portfolio data into clear insights that help teams decide what to build and improve next. You will work across metrics, dashboards, and lightweight modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Build recurring reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Analyze trends in product usage, portfolio health, and operational performance.
• Support experiments and decision-making with clean analysis.
• Document assumptions, metrics definitions, and recommendations clearly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of analytics experience in product, business, or portfolio analysis.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills with attention to data quality.
• Ability to define metrics and explain findings clearly to non-technical teams.
• Comfort working with ambiguous questions and building structured analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
• Comfort translating raw data into practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with fintech or lending metrics is a plus.
